General Shipping Information

We will provide you with a tracking number when the order ships. Most packages will usually arrive within 3-5 business days. We will provide you with email updates if the delivery time is beyond 5 days.

PO Boxes

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, some courier services that we may employ do not fully support deliveries to PO boxes. When completing our online checkout form, the stated shipping address should be a real street address.

Shipping Charges

How much is shipping?

This depends largely on the number of items, size, weight, mode of transport (air or ground) and the final destination of your order. Within the online shopping cart, once you specify your “ship to” zip code (postal code) and your “ship to” country, the system will then list various ground and air shipping options available to you. The real-time shipping quote provided is only an estimate. When moving onto the online checkout form, you may at that time accept all relevant charges.

Choice of shipping couriers?

We are currently using FedEx's real-time shipping quote service to provide us with estimated pricing for the shipment of packages. When shipping packages to your location, Tangible Storage reserves the right to select FedEx or any other courier which operates within your region. World wide shipping is a dynamic business due to constantly changing politics, borders, fuel costs, trade laws and so on. We are exploring our options and hope to provide additional choices of shipping couriers at a future date.

International Shipping

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

Yes, we can ship our products to Canada and to most countries around the world. However, in accordance with the rulings from the U.S. Department of State, we CANNOT ship to the following embargoed countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, China (PR), Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Fiji, Guinea (Republic of), Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Niger (Republic of), North Korea, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe. Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

Your order will probably be levied with customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives into your country. Tangible Storage has no control or influence over these fees. If you are unfamiliar with your country's laws and practices regarding customs duties and fees then it may be best to approach your local customs office and to consult the local officials stationed there.
