You may return a product for refund or replacement within 30 days of the invoice/order date. (The order number, date and details are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please contact us for the RMA number.
We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided that the returned item(s) are in good, “as-new” condition and are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, cables, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
If the item(s) in your order were physically damaged during transport to your shipping address then please help us to document the case by providing us with some photographic evidence when requesting your RMA number from us. We will then supply you with instructions to package and return the damaged item(s) before shipping the replacement item(s) to you.
